Include your complete address, including zip code and phone number. Indicate size, color and product description, including price and alternative choice if possible. Indicate method of payment (credit card number/expiration date or Cashiers check – please do not send cash).

METHOD OF PAYMENT
You may use VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Cashiers check is also acceptable – please allow a few extra days to receive your order when using a cashier’s check.

SHIPPING
Be sure to give your complete street address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders will be shipped from Reber Ranch Tack and Feed within three business days by regular UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise specified. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified of any delay. Please call for your UPS shipping charge. UPS Overnight and Second Day Air Service are available for an extra charge.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with the product you purchased, you may call Reber Ranch Tack and Feed toll free and request a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your purchase. Please be sure to send your product in its original packaging and in unused condition. Be sure to include your complete name and address, plus Return Authorization Number. Please place the product in a shipping container so the actual product packaging is not damaged, labeled or marked. Customer is responsible for shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

SADDLE TRIAL POLICY
To ensure the saddle you select from Reber Ranch Tack and Feed properly fits you and your horse, you may ride in it briefly. On English saddles, please use protective coverings on stirrup leathers (tube socks with the foot cut out or plastic wrap), or ride without leathers. Always use a pad to protect the underside of the saddle. Protect Western stirrups so your boot will not scuff the stirrups. You have 7 days from the receipt of saddle to trial and purchase or return your saddle. Returns must be shipped promptly – please call Reber Ranch Tack and Feed’s toll free number for your Return Authorization Number. Saddles on trial must be returned in NEW CONDITION or customer will be charged for the saddle. Please do not oil or use saddle soap on the saddle unless you intend to keep it.

SALES TAX
All Washington state residents must pay 8.8% sales tax on purchases and shipping.
